The directors of MakeMeaNestEgg.com Ltd have, between them, more than 45 years experience in buying and selling property on four different continents.
Having also over a period of time lived on three of these continents they are uniquely placed with their international contacts to take advantage of property hotspots and emerging markets to make the right decisions about where and when to invest on behalf of Club Members.
Andrew Purnell has developed property in a number of countries and has a technical background, with a special interest in international finance, working on projects that require Multi-Million Dollar finance deals.
If you check out the left hand side of this page you will see a list of many countries, in which we feel investment could be of benefit to the Club. Each heading is accompanied by a detailed analysis of that country, weighing up the pros and cons of investment. On the Financial page above, you can see some of the mathematics applied to assessing whether the property has the correct investment qualities, and help us assess whether the club buys or not.
Members are also encouraged to take an active role in affairs hopefully with suggestions regarding places they know of, or have heard of which may well suit inclusion in to the Club Property Portfolio.
