The managing director, Club President, Vice President and project manager of MakeMeaNestEgg.com have all been involved in the property business for over 45 years in both UK and overseas. Living, Build, renovating and selling properties in Florida, Sardinia, Poland, Bulgaria and the UK. During this time they have built up two property development companies and an Orlando & Bulgarian property management company.

Andrew Purnell B.S.c, Managing Director, Andrew has spent many years in dealing rooms in various London & Hong Kong based International Banks and at the “The Bank of England".

He then formed his own Information Technology consultancy group, specialising in E-Mail, Web site and e-commerce systems catering for customers both in Europe and USA, and is a registered Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. He also runs numerous property development & property management companies, and is currently with his three other partners developing 500 homes in Orlando & 275,000 sq.ft of commercial shopping mall. He has worked and lived in Hong Kong and Orlando, Florida and holds a current Florida Real Estate Licence. Andrew’s self confidence, optimism and inner belief in his ability to make things happen fuels this constant need for fresh challenges and these have been the driving force behind his record of success along with his supportive family and beautiful wife Sandra. He sees this company as a way to help create wealth for his own retirement, and at the same time to help others achieve the same drawing on his expert knowledge!

Andrew is extremely well traveled having the knack of assessing emerging and existing property markets for their growth potential, and has always been very keen to help others realise their dreams of property ownership or, in this case, share ownership.

Richard Blandford B.S.c, Richard's background is musical, having played the piano and violin since the age of 5. He has a degree in Music & Technology as well as a diploma (with distinction) in Sound Recording & Music Technology. His career began in 2000 at Sony Music (Record Label) moving in 2001 to Sony/ATV Music Publishing. Richard left the world of music publishing in 2004 to pursue a career in property, having progressed from a small 2 bed flat in 1997 to a house in 2004 which he developed himself, adding more than £250,000 to its value. Richard's passion now lies in small, high quality sustainable developments which are kinder to the environment and improve the quality (and property prices!) of the surrounding areas. Richard also has a number of investment apartments and houses in the UK rented out on long term contracts.

Sarah Gausden, Sarah works for the Metropolitan Police force based in Scotland yard London, and is a certified consultant in advanced facilitator skills with many years experience, and experienced investor in Florida.
