THE CONCEPT: As many of you will already know, the current financial difficulties we are experiencing began largely in the US as a result of lending to people who simply could not afford the repayments. Our concept is simply to form an exclusive and unique property club of a maximum 100 members to benefit collectively from the massive decrease in property prices in Florida, other US states and other leading countries that has resulted from this irresponsible lending.

started when friends and family got together to purchase overseas property and as a result of our success has now been extended to individuals who wish to share in our concept. By becoming a member you will own 1/100 share in all properties held within the MakeMeANestEgg club, and can have exclusive free use of all untenanted homes. YOUR INVESTMENT: Our goal is to allow anyone who wishes to enter the global property market the opportunity to profit with us for only a small investment of £10,000. Currently in the UK and increasingly Worldwide you need a 25% deposit for the best mortgage deals and on this basis, you would only be able to afford a property worth £40,000, barely enough to buy a single lock-up garage. CLUB MEMBERSHIP:The property market in general is like being a child in a sweet shop. So often we see opportunity but do not have the funds to buy. Club shares are £10,000 each up to a maximum of 5 per individual. Membership is for a period of 10 years after the last club member joins, or when the committee decides to close membership down.  The club will remain open for membership for a maximum of three years or until all shares are allocated. To gain the greatest growth potential, the Director’s feel that the fund should run for a full 10 years. At this stage shareholders will vote on the companies further activities, as laid down in the shareholders agreement. Should any member need to leave the fund before this time, there is an exit strategy which will pay them the purchase value, subject to the company having capital to do so, but the owner has the right to sell his/her share to anyone that they find themselves.

So this club membership should be looked at as being a 10 year club membership, fully paid up at the joining point. FUNDING YOUR SHARE: There are a number of efficient ways in which you can raise the share value. These include:
  1. Borrow an amount against the equity of your property
  2. Arrange unsecured/secured loans for the value of the share(s)
  3. Or even the old fashioned way by using cash out of your deposit accounts
